how it works
As much as we wish we had enough puppies for everyone right now, our puppies are high demand and we need to reserve them in advance. We take the time to get to know each prospective buyer, as we want to make sure each puppy is placed safely in a forever home. Our goal is to educate each potential customer on the breed and to avoid ‘impulse purchases’.
details & pricing
All of our puppies are registered with the AKC and have excellent pedigrees, as our family has been breeding for over 20 years. Many of our puppies have unique markings and are rare colors. Pricing typically ranges between $3500-$4500, but may be more or less depending on physical attributes and parentage. Unless otherwise requested, Yorkie tails are docked to perfect AKC standards and dewclaws are removed. We provide a health guarantee for all our puppies.
step 1: application
We consider applications on a first come, first serve basis. Once your application is received, we will contact you to discuss the details of your puppy adoption, answer any questions you have, and determine if one of our puppies is the right fit for your lifestyle.
step 2: deposit
Once your application is approved for one of our puppies, we will reach out to you via email or text with the instructions on how to place your $500 deposit to reserve your spot on the waitlist. For deposits, we accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, checks, and credit cards (there is a $15 processing fee credit cards).
step 3: choose
We will contact you when it’s your turn on the waitlist to select your puppy. Once it’s your turn, you can select or pass on the puppies from each available litter until you find your perfect puppy. In order to accommodate special life events and vacations, when you get to the top of the list, you may wait there until you are ready to bring a puppy home. We allow puppy visits once puppies have had their first shots. Puppies are typically ready to go home at 9 weeks (although some may require more time with Mom). Full payment is required on pick-up day. For the remaining payment, we accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, and credit cards (there is a 3% processing fee for credit cards. NO checks on pick-up day will be accepted.
